What are your support options?

There are multiple ways to reach our customer support team and create a service request (ticket): 

  1. Email: by emailing us at help@greenlinknetworks.com and providing a detailed description of the help you need. 
  2. By Phone either by either:
    1. Dialing *611 from any GreenLink handset or softphone app.
    2. Dialing 888-972-8802 and following the prompts. 

Note: it is important when reporting an issue with either call quality, call drop, or unusual behavior that we have a call sample. A call sample is detailed information about the call where the issue happened. This includes data and time of the call, extension, and external number involved.
