There are multiple ways to reach our customer support team and create a service request (ticket):
- Email: by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and providing a detailed description of the help you need.
- By Phone either by either:
- Dialing *611 from any GreenLink handset or softphone app.
- Dialing 888-972-8802 and following the prompts.
Note: it is important when reporting an issue with either call quality, call drop, or unusual behavior that we have a call sample. A call sample is detailed information about the call where the issue happened. This includes data and time of the call, extension, and external number involved.
