      Does GreenLink offer Weekend Support?

      GreenLink's service team availability for weekend support.

      Our support hours for end-users are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday. However, we monitor our entire platform 24/7/365, so in the event of an incident that affects our service, our team of engineers will react right away.
