Does GreenLink offer Weekend Support?

GreenLink’s standard Service Team support hours are:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST

During these hours, customers can contact the GreenLink Service Team for assistance with technical support, account questions, service requests, and general troubleshooting.

Weekend and After-Hours Monitoring

Although standard end-user support is not available on weekends, GreenLink continuously monitors its platform and infrastructure 24/7/365.

This means that in the event of a service-impacting issue or platform-wide incident, GreenLink’s engineering and operations teams are automatically alerted and will respond as quickly as possible to restore services.

Important Notes

  • Customers can still submit tickets or emails after hours, and requests will be reviewed during the next available support window unless related to a critical service issue.
