A summary of the release notes from December 2019 on updates made to the Customer Portal.
Hide disabled PBX hyperlinks
The disabled PBX hyperlinks can now be hidden by clicking on the link icon in the Customer Portal.
Restructured Call Logs table
The new Call Logs table structure features the following:
- New date range filter.
- Row records that belong to the same call are now grouped and expandable.
- The table can be exported with just the destination row of the calls or a detailed export that also includes the rows of the call flow.
