How to enable or disable the voicemail to email feature from the Customer Portal.
From the Customer Portal, it is very quick and easy to enable or disable the voicemail to email feature. Follow the steps given below to get started:
- Log in to the Customer Portal
- Once in the Dashboard find the Extension icon
- Proceed to click on it
- Once the page loads, find the "Voicemail Settings" tab and click on it.
- In the "Voicemail Settings" tab find the "Voicemail To Email" switch.
- To disable "Voicemail to Email" click on the switch and place it on the OFF side.
- To enable it, place the switch on the ON side.
- Once you have made your selection, click on the SAVE button to complete the process.
