How do I know if my existing IP phone can be used with my new GreenLink account?
These are the requirements in order to bring an existing phone to GreenLink service:
- Verify the phone is listed on the Compatibility List.
- The phone needs to be fully owned by you.
- The customer needs to have full admin access to the phone with the ability to do a factory reset.
- The phone needs to be removed from any auto-provisioning platforms from the previous provider.
Once these steps have been done notify us that you will be using an existing phone along with all the hardware details of model and we will add this phone to the devices that will be added with your GreenLink service.
