A quick guide with the steps needed to update your billing address on file.
To request an update on the Billing Address on your GreenLink account, all you need to do is email: help@greenlinknetworks.com or billing@greenlinknetworks.com with your request.
In your email, provide the new billing address for your business, and make sure the person who is the Point of Contact, or Administrator of your company on the account with GreenLink is the one requesting this change.
Note: Is always important to keep the point contact person up to date with us. Preferably, before the current point of contact is no longer reachable.
