How do I update my voicemail password (pin)?
This article explains how to update/change the voicemail password on your extension.
Follow the steps below to update your voicemail PIN from the Customer Portal:
1. Log in to the GreenLink Customer Portal and click on the Extension button or menu.
2. Navigate to the Voicemail Settings tab.
4. Hit save.

Once the pin has been updated, it can be used to access voicemail on the physical phone.
Follow these steps to update your voicemail password from your GreenLink phone or softphone.
- Dial *97 from your GreenLink phone or press the voicemail button (envelope icon).
- Enter your current voicemail password.
- If no password has been set yet, use the default password: 8888
- Press 0 for Mailbox Options.
- Press 5 to Change Your Password.
- Enter your new password (PIN), then press #.
- Re-enter the new password and press # again to confirm.
You will hear a confirmation message once your new voicemail password has been updated.
