      How to Submit a Request to Whitelist an IP?

      A step-by-step guide to request the whitelisting of an IP outside of the USA.

      Follow the steps below to request the whitelisting of a known static IP for your business or employees abroad:

      1. Submit a service request by email at help@greenlinknetworks.com
      2. Provide the Static IP and name of the location it is for
      3. A Verification Process will take place before whitelisting your IP
      4. Please allow up to 24 hours for the request to be processed

      Removing a Whitelisted IP(s) - If a previously whitelisted IP or phone number is no longer part of your business or has been compromised be sure to email us and request to have it removed from your whitelist ASAP.
