A summary of the release notes from February 2021 on updates made to the Partner Portal & Customer Portal.

PBX Settings naming changes

  1. “DID Management” is now “Phone Numbers (DID).”
  2. “Standard Behavior” and “Unconditional Behavior” are now “Standard Call Flow” and “Temporary Call Flow,” respectively.
  3. The “Conditions” tab is now named “Time Conditions.”

Bug Fixes

  • Calendar Condition - Ability to move from month to month without being asked to save each time.
  • Issue when removing and re-assigning a destination to a DID.
