Login Information Tab unavailable on Partner Portal
A Login Information tab has been added in the Extension Settings of the Customer Management Section.
Restructured Call Logs table
The new Call Logs table structure features the following:
- New date range filter.
- Row records that belong to the same call are now grouped and expandable.
The table can be exported with just the destination row of the calls or a detailed export that includes the rows of the call flow.
