The sound when using the intercom/paging on your phone might be low because you manually have decreased the volume. If that is not the case and you are experiencing issues, here are some things you can try to fix this issue:
Things you can do
- Make sure that the volume of the phone while on the speaker is turned all the way up
- Dial into the phone's Voicemail Box (Dial *97 or press the voicemail button on it) using the speakerphone, and do you get audio then? If yes, the sound is working normally.
