A quick guide on the steps needed to update the point of contact on your GreenLink account.
To request an update on the Point of Contact on your GreenLink account, all you need is to email: firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
Once we start to assist, the current Billing Point of Contact will need to provide our service team with the details of the new contact to be added, this includes:
- Name and last name
- Position in the company
- Phone number
