What are my on-hold music options?

This article covers everything you need to know about changing your on hold music.

The account comes with standard on-hold music available from our music library. The on-hold music is a default setting that cannot be changed.

Personalized On-Hold Audio

If you wish to change it, you have the option of Personalized On-Hold Audio. Personalized on-hold audio is also available as an add-on feature at $9.99 a month for the whole account (can be removed at any time as it is a month-to-month service). 

Procedure

1. Send an email to help@greenlinknetworks.com . This will create a service ticket. Make sure to include a description for your request saying you wish to change your on hold music.
2. Someone from our tech team will contact you.
3. Provide us with the new on hold track you wish to use.
4. Once we receive the file we will complete the update for you.
