What is the difference between park and hold?

When to use "Park" vs "Hold"

Both park and hold place an active call on hold.  The difference is that when you place a call on Park, you can pick it up again on any GreenLink phone.  With traditional Hold, you can only retrieve that call from the same phone that you initially used to place it on hold.
