Which days should I expect to see my service charges?
GreenLink will charge for the services provided every month on the 1st of the month. This is when you can expect to see any service charges coming from us.
The only exception to this is there is a change in your service mid-billing period, purchase of equipment, or there has been an issue with the payment method on the account, and we were not able to process the payment on the 1st.
