This release includes a new design and user experience on the Contact Us section in the customer portal.
Update: New design and changes to the Contact Us section
In order to provide a faster response and get the request to the right resource quicker, we have made enhancements to the Contact Us section. These changes include the following:
- The form automatically identifies the user that is logged onto the portal as the contact on the service ticket.
- Allows the end-user to select the right department and the nature of the request.
- The service request is then automatically routed to the correct team, ensuring a faster response from that team.
