Our mobile-friendly Customer Portal is available for all end-users to manage and make changes to their settings.
Equipped with multiple security levels, an end-user can look at call logs, forward their extension, manage voicemail settings, and multi-follow, among other features. A manager can perform those changes on behalf of any user. Using the same portal, a user with admin permissions can make changes to the PBX Management area, an area that managers call flow, DIDs, auto-attendants, and time conditions among other items.
