1. Sold and Deployed by Reliable Local IT Providers

One of the most frustrating things about going to the cloud is that many times the company is buying from a major provider that will ship the phones without having a good understanding of the local network environment. Or a good understanding of how the customer operates. 

GreenLink addresses this issue by providing its products and services exclusively via a network of qualified Managed IT service providers. This ensures a true understanding of the customer’s goals and guarantees a successful deployment.

2. Free Implementation

The process of implementing a brand new VOIP system entails many factors that more often than not come at a cost, and might require troubleshooting to get everything working as expected. We, at GreenLink Networks with the assistance of your local service Partner, offer free implementation when you sign up with us, and we take care of the nitty-gritty for you. 

From the PBX hosting to setting up a Customer Portal access, and ensuring there is a stable dedicated connection for your extensions to work.
We have developed QoS standards to make sure calls sound smooth, loud, and clear. And we measure the quality of your VOIP by these standards, so everyone's experience is always easy and satisfactory.

3. 1 Free Local Number per extension

This is free within the originally designated amount of extensions ordered. For example, if you originally ordered 20 extensions you will get a free local number for each of those 20 extensions. Anything above will have a cost per extension added.

4. 1 Free Toll-Free Number per account

Each account will have 1 Tool-Free number or 1-800 number, regardless of how many numbers are currently added to the account.

5. Music on Hold

We include a default hold music recording with your main DID whether you have an Auto-Attendant or not. We can add personalized on-hold audio for a fee and you can provide the recording/sound you would prefer to use.

6. Unlimited calling

As part of your service plan, you will have access to unlimited calling. This means zero busy signals with "Unlimited Call Paths." No charge for all calls placed to the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico at all times of the day and night. Any day of the week.
Each extension will have enough channels to handle all of the user’s call needs.  How many calls a user can receive. Even if all of the call buttons on the phone are in use, the call will still go to voicemail without the caller ever hearing a busy signal.

7. Unlimited Scalability

One of the challenges of a traditional phone system is always trying to anticipate growth before purchasing the system in order not to exceed its limit. GreenLink’s cloud phone system allows you to continue to add extensions as fast as your business is growing without the worry of exceeding the capabilities of your phone system. Expansion capabilities are endless.

8. Support Included

If you ever encounter issues as part of your service we provide unlimited remote support. This support is both at the partner level and the customer level. 
With unlimited remote support, you will be able to handle all additions, moves, or changes to your account with ease. Furthermore, customers also have access to our Customer Portal to view their extension settings and for PBX management.

9. No Maintenance Costs

This is an area that is often overseen by customers and the expenses can add up quickly. A cloud phone system is much more than technology, it is a consumption model that allows you to consolidate the cost of a phone system, phone lines, long-distance, maintenance, and support onto a predictable monthly amount.
All maintenance, upgrades, and fixes are included with your monthly fee.

10. Voicemail to Email

We bring an easier way to manage your voicemails, from where you find them, to how you choose to store them with our voicemail to email feature included with your GreenLink account.

11. Extensions

Extensions are the model for our VoIP solution as it is the way services are priced. But looking at extensions as a feature, an extension allows users to dial one another using a 3-5 digit number. With GreenLink the customer can keep their existing extension range or go with a new range based on their needs.

12. Call Forwarding

Call forwarding, or call diversion, is a telephony feature of some telephone switching systems which redirects a telephone call to another destination.

13. BLF – Busy Lamp Field

The Busy Lamp Field (BLF) feature enables the IP phone to monitor specific remote lines for state changes on the phone. BLF List feature enables you to monitor a list of users defined by your system administrator.

14. Paging / Intercom

We make in-house communication whatever you need it to be with the paging and intercom features. You will be able to choose between broadcasting a message for multiple user extensions at a time or, reaching out to an extension directly, for device-to-device communication with the intercom option.

15. Time Conditions (Schedules)

Time Conditions are part of the setting that determines where the calls flow to in your business and when. This feature will allow you to customize your working hours and how your main DID responds to calls based on your business schedule.

16. Ring Groups

A Ring Group is a destination designed to distribute calls to a group of team members. With this feature, you will have the ability to group and assign the extensions on your company by teams and manage the call flows to those teams.

17. Multi-site Support

A cloud-based system is hosted across multiple geographically dispersed data centers, this allows for phones to work when connected to any internet connection. This is very convenient for businesses that have multiple locations as there is no additional equipment to purchase or extra costs.
Regardless of where your company and additional branches are located, we offer support to all the extensions and locations in your GreenLink account. 

18. Caller ID with CNAM (Name Display)

Caller ID displays the phone number from incoming calls but CNAM enhances that by adding the name. GreenLink supports both.

19. Unlimited Incoming Fax to Email

The "Unlimited Incoming Fax to Email" feature allows you to send to your email all your faxes as they arrive, at no cost to you, forever.

20. Free Porting

We take care of the porting process of your numbers, free of charge as part of our service package when you sign with a GreenLink Partner.

21. Advanced Auto-Attendant

GreenLink offers several options when it comes to setting up your company's auto attendant. You will also have access to the PBX Settings to manage/customize your auto-attendant and we can help as you become familiar with the options available that might work best for your company.

22. Dial by Name Directory

This built-in feature allows you to reach your contacts with ease. Whether you dial from your physical extension or you choose to use our softphone mobility suite.
When the caller selects the dial by name directory as an option, the caller will be able to input the first 3 digits of the person’s first name or last name in order to reach that person directly. The directory is automatically populated with information found on the extension. The system keeps the dial by name directory up to date automatically.

23. End-user / Admin Portal

Our mobile-friendly Customer Portal is available for all end-users to manage and make changes to their settings.
Equipped with multiple security levels, an end-user can look at call logs, forward their extension, manage voicemail settings, multi-follow, among other features. A manager can perform those changes on behalf of any user. Using the same portal, a user with admin permissions can make changes to the PBX Management area, an area that managers call flow, DIDs, auto-attendants, time conditions among other items.

24. Multi-Follow (Follow Me)

Our Multi-Follow feature allows you to send calls directly to your mobile phone from your office number.

25. 3-Way Calling

This feature allows for a user to speak to 2 parties at the same time using the phone's conference features. Great for small conferences and quick “huddle room” types of meetings.
If 3 is not enough we also have a conference bridge add-on that will allow up to 10 callers.

Parking is a feature that allows a call to be placed on hold on one phone and picked up on another.

27. SideCar Support

Our Side Car support feature allows the person in reception to be able to transfer calls more efficiently Due to the large number of programmable buttons that come with the average Side Car your reception phone will be able to accommodate BLF buttons for all extensions on the system.

28. Purchase, Rent, Use Your Existing Phones

GreenLink‘s flexibility allows you to choose a procurement model that best fits your business. As such customers can purchase, rent or use their own equipment when using GreenLink as their VoIP provider. 

29. Multiple Brands and Models Supported

While most VoIP providers choose to be compatible with only one hardware brand, GreenLink prides itself on having the most flexible solution in the market. Customers can choose from a variety of brands and models in order to find the phone that meets their needs.

With our existing provisioning templates, we will help configure your phone buttons in the way that works best for your company.

31. Business Continuity

With the system hosted in the cloud, calls can be managed and routed via the cloud using our customer portal even when the physical IP phones might be down due to power or internet connection issues.
This allows companies to have a communications plan that includes routing calls to an alternate location or taking their phones with them as IP phones that can be connected to any internet connection.

32. Lower the Total Cost of Ownership

There are many reasons why having a cloud phone system or hosted PBX will lower a company’s total cost of ownership.  But below are a few;
  1. Predictable costs: The system includes all that you need to run your business communications. The PBX, phone lines, long-distance, phone numbers, maintenance, upgrades, fixes and it does all of that with a fixed monthly amount.
