Quick step by step to access your extension's call log from the Customer Portal.
There are two types of call logs that can be viewed from the Customer Portal. The Call Log and the Global Call Log. The Global Call Log is a Manager exclusive feature in the Customer Portal.
The Call Log icon in the Dashboard allows seeing the call log for your personal extension.
To access the Call log for your individual extension follow these steps:
- Log in to the Customer Portal (using your extension credentials)
- Look for the Call Log icon in the Dashboard
- Click on it to access
- Once the page loads you will view the Call Log list for all incoming and outgoing calls in your extension.
