How to delete a temporary greeting in voicemail?

Follow the steps below to remove a temporary voicemail greeting from your extension.

Procedure

1. Press the voicemail button (mailbox/envelope icon) on your phone or dial *97.
2. Enter your voicemail password when prompted.
3. From the Main Menu, press 0 for Mailbox Options.
4. In the Mailbox Options menu, press 4 for Manage Temporary Greetings.
5. Press 2 to Delete Your Temporary Greeting.
6. Once completed, your temporary greeting will be removed and your standard voicemail greeting will become active again.
