How to pick up a call that was placed on hold on another line?

Picking up a call that was placed on another line is done by using the **[NUM] feature code. This code allows a user to pick up and answer a call which is actively ringing at another user’s extension by dialing the feature code followed by the extension number. 

Procedure

1. Pick up your handheld or use the speaker phone key on your phone.
2. Dial ** + the extension number you wish to pick up the call from.
3. You can now answer the call.
