How to record an outbound voicemail greeting from a GreenLink Extension
- Press on your Phone or dial *97 and enter your voicemail password when prompted. If no password has been set, the Default Password to use is 8888.
- From the Main Menu, choose 0 for the Mailbox Options.
- Then select option 1 to Record an Unavailable Message.
- Proceed to record your outbound message when instructed by the prompt.
