Where to track/find service status updates for GreenLink Services.
If any of your GreenLink services seem to be out of order and you want to check if it is an issue with GreenLink or something locally at your site, you can go to GreenLink's Service Status Page to check:
https://status.greenlinknetworks.com/
Once on the Service Status Page, you will have the option to Subscribe to an incident or to all incident reports.
Important!
If you subscribe to all updates on the Service Status Page, you will be notified of every up and down every time with each status change in our service. We recommend you only subscribe to the incident you want to track in particular instead to avoid receiving emails that might not be pertaining to your interests.
